This event is billable under acupuncture benefits. ✨ We will begin with an opening circle to share and set intentions for the new season. ?‍♀️ Maria will then guide us through a 60-minute restorative yoga practice, culminating in a 15-minute savasana, where Kathleen will apply acupuncture points to invite deep rest into the body. ? The evening will conclude with a gentle group ritual to seal our intentions as we step into spring.
