? March 21st | ⏰ 7:00 – 9:00 PM (Please arrive at 6:30 PM for acupuncture seed or tack options)

Join us as we welcome the first day of spring with a special evening of intention, restoration, and renewal. This event is billable under acupuncture benefits.

✨ We will begin with an opening circle to share and set intentions for the new season.
?‍♀️ Maria will then guide us through a 60-minute restorative yoga practice, culminating in a 15-minute savasana, where Kathleen will apply acupuncture points to invite deep rest into the body.
? The evening will conclude with a gentle group ritual to seal our intentions as we step into spring.

Yin and Pin Yoga is a unique fusion class that combines the meditative, deep-stretching practice of Yin Yoga with the therapeutic benefits of acupuncture. This holistic approach aims to balance the body's energy, enhance relaxation, and promote overall well-being. During the class, participants will engage in Yin Yoga poses to gently stretch and target the deep connective tissues, followed by a session of acupuncture to further release tension, enhance energy flow, and support the body's natural healing processes.

This series is guided by Maria, a registered massage therapist with 8 years of experience,  birth doual, yoga instructor, and osteopathic student. Maria's unique background allows her to offer a well-rounded approach that blends movement, breath, and education to support your pelvic well-being.

This series is open to all bodies and genders, providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone.

This series is thoughtfully designed to accommodate those who work from home, providing a mid-day reset that invites you to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention. The vibe is strong and slow—perfect for grounding yourself before the weekend unfolds.

This class is available to all bodies, and appropriate modifications will be offered to ensure an inclusive and supportive practice.

Spring Hatha Series

Join us for a nurturing 6-week journey of connection, strength, and relaxation! Starting the last week of March, this weekly 60-minute class is designed to support new moms in rebuilding strength while bonding with their babies. Through gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, you'll find ways to balance motherhood with self-care. This class is a perfect opportunity to meet other moms, share experiences, and enjoy a peaceful moment with your little one.

This gentle, yet empowering series focuses on improving strength, flexibility and balance while easing common pregnancy discomforts. Each session incorporates breathwork, relaxation techniques, and safe yoga poses tailored to promote physical and emotional well-being for both mom and baby.

Spring Prenatal Yoga

A mix of gentle mobility and yin yoga, this class offers a slower, meditative practice designed to provide a deep mid-week nervous system refresh.

The slow-paced nature of this practice encourages poses to be held for longer durations, targeting deeper layers of the body—particularly the fascia.

What is Fascia?
Fascia is a continuous web of connective tissue that weaves throughout the entire body, surrounding muscles, bones, organs, and nerves. It provides structure, support, and plays a vital role in movement, stability, and overall well-being. Fascia is highly sensitive, rich with nerve endings, making it integral to our body's communication and response system.

By working with the fascial system, this class supports mobility, flexibility, and the release of deeply held tension. The practice also nurtures the interrelationships within the body—where tension in one area can influence distant regions. For example, tension in the lower back may stem from tightness in the hamstrings or hips. By gently targeting these interconnected areas, we encourage a more balanced and aligned body.
