Join us at Kindred on June 7th for a day dedicated to yoga, nature, and connection as we honor and connect with the earth, grounding ourselves for the warmer months ahead. Morning Session: We'll start with a group circle, featuring a breathwork session and gentle yoga practice aimed at releasing tension and preparing our bodies and minds for the day. Midday Adventure: We'll carpool to Crowbar Trail for a collective hike. We'll focus on a slow and intentional journey around the small loop, bringing awareness to nature's blooms. Along the way, we'll pause for a meditation session, connecting with the earth’s energy as a group. Our lunch break will be at the trail's lookout, where we'll enjoy our packed lunches amidst the sounds of birds and the rustling of trees. Afternoon Activities: After returning to Kindred, we'll gather for tea and create watercolor art inspired by our experiences in nature. We'll close with a deep restorative yoga practice, celebrating gratitude and honoring both ourselves and the earth. This retreat welcomes all bodies and fitness levels, emphasizing a mindful and present approach throughout the day. Please note that Crowbar Trail is rocky, so supportive shoes are recommended. Don't forget to pack snacks and a lunch.
